Any reputable wedding vendor should have some kind of generic wedding contracts that they can prepare for you, and be sure to read it carefully. Make sure that your wedding vendor contracts are as detailed as you can make them, including addresses, times and dates, what items will be used (such as daisies vs roses), how long they’re service will be for on your wedding day (for photographers or DJ’s), any upgrades verbally promised, and even the name and phone number to call in case everything goes haywire.
