I’ve had some great comments and people writing in about wedding slideshow ideas, and I really appreciate the feedback! Wedding slideshows have been a popular fixture at rehearsal dinners and even some wedding receptions. Personally, we didn’t do a wedding slideshow because it took a whole lot of work with time that I didn’t have, and it just kept getting pushed back until it wasn’t possible anymore. I’ve been to plenty of rehearsal dinners and weddings where wedding slideshows were front and center, and I can’t think of one that I haven’t enjoyed. Wedding slideshows are a great way to celebrate the two lives coming together in marriage, to remember them individually, and together as a couple. It can be hard creating a wedding slideshow, not just compiling pictures and putting them into a show, but also choosing the songs that will be played as well. I know as a bride that you want everything to be perfect, including your wedding slideshow, as it will be an excellent keepsake for years to come.
