Renewing Wedding Vows with Family

One thing many couples renewing wedding vows want to focus on is their family. So be sure to make your children and/or grandchildren have a part in the ceremony. You can do this in several ways. Have your children be bridesmaids or groomsmen, or have them participate with you in the unity candle. Have your grandchildren be a flower girl or ring bearer, or ask them to perform a little song during the ceremony. You can include a recent family portrait in your invitations, or transform a favorite picture from a child or grandchild into your invitation. Renewing wedding vows is a touching time for your family, so be sure to give them some sort of role in your ceremony.
